We start the year with "Christmas on Epiphany" [January 6, which is when it originally was, anyway] so that Penney's Mom could share it with us (we picked her up in late December, 2006, and brought her home with us for a couple of weeks).

Look what Santa brought Bob! (Actually, it's from the neighbors, who were tired of seeing rust bleed from the 1987 Suburban and took up a collection.) It later gets a cap (see July).

Bob's other new toy is a world-band radio for the boat.

Mom's a diehard Red Sox fan.
