Jeffrey Michael Winter & CeCe Anne Connery

Caitlin Angelica Connery & Olivia Catherine Winter

.

Caitlin, holding Alexander, Jeff's nephew and namesake. Come late spring, she'll have her own brother or sister to hold! This is a jackpot year for grandchildren!

This is Jeffrey, 47, who lives in Minneapolis and works as a glass-blower, turning out beautiful oil lamps, Christmas ornaments, beads and lots of other neat stuff, which he has been very generous in sharing with us! Jeff loves to fish (see photos below!), and plays drums (he's been part of the music scene in the Twin Cities area for nearly two decades, since he graduated from Greendale, WI, High School)

Here's Jeff (r) with CeCe.

Olivia at One Day Old

The Family right after Olivia's birth. She was originally due April 17, but arrived a little early, on March 10. However, she's a perfect little jewel, with delicate features and a sunny disposition. She only had to stay an extra day or so in the hospital.

Olivia at Six Days Old. She is said to have "the Connery nose" (lucky lady!) It took Lola a few days to figure out what all the fuss was about, but she seems to have settled down nicely!

Two photos of Jeff at work. On the left, a couple of finished products; on the right, in his laboratory, working on a bead for Penney (sent back with Bob after a trip in June of 2004, during which Bob saw Jeff's new home, watched him in fascination at work, and spent a week enjoying the boys and doing a few handyman jobs!)

Two of Jeff's "favorite things" —

His Land Rover and "Lola," his blue Doberman; we lost Lola in the summer of 2010.

Lola as a puppy.

Here are some recent (1/24/06) pictures of Lola as a "young adult" dog. As you can see, she both gave and got a lot of affection!

Jeff and some of his buddies from work go trout fishing in Canada at least once a year and sometimes more often.

Jeff has been waiting for years to get his older brother in a hammerlock! Taken on the front porch of his new home during Bob's June, 2004, visit.

You can see that he does very nicely, thank you!
