After a July as busy as that one, we kicked back somewhat during August, mostly just working around Mom's house and sampling the fare at a local barbecue place we had heard rave reviews on. (The reviews proved to be somewhat exaggerated, we thought, but the ambiance was unbeatable (see photos)

Then it was home, and time for the new school year. As always, we enjoyed going to the football games played by Cloverleaf High School, were Andrew is assistant director of the marching band. Among his other duties, he announces the band's half-time program for both home and away games.
